Virtual Design
If you have a vacation rental that isn’t guest ready quite yet—we're your team. We assist in full design, recommendations, or finishing touches. We begin this process by creating a design board to nail down your aesthetics, and then give you digital floor plans and a detailed shopping list for everything you’ll need to create a unique & welcoming space with a goal to set your space apart in furnishings and accents.
Local Design & Styling
Whether you’ve been running vacation rentals for decades, or you’re looking to boost your new side hustle, we design and style your space so it's bold, beautiful and ready to ‘WOW’ guests. We make your rental attention grabbing with brag worthy decor to increase your listing traffic, book-ability, & guest experience!
We follow the same steps as Virtual Design but with the option to have our team install.
Touch Up
Our team will come in and determine what your space needs to get the attention it deserves. Great for spaces that are new or existing and might need a refresh on decor, amenities, or features to make your listing pop.
We understand what materials and brands work for STR in terms of budget, longevity, and comfort - saving you money in the long run.

Let's Chat!
The first step is a meeting in person, via zoom, or over the phone. We then determining the level of service fits your needs best and if we will assist virtually or in person. We'll gather information, go over your vision, understand your goals and budget, and start brainstorming the design of your space.

Decide on a style
With an in-home or virtual consultation, mood boards, and quizzes, we will curate a look and feel that speaks to your space and audience. We'll pull inspiration from your personality, architectural features, local history & attractions, and possible themes. Then we begin working on your custom design.

Design!
We take time to meet and explore potential revisions. This means you never get stuck with a design you don't love.
After the final design is approved, we will provide you with a mood board, floor plan, and online shopping list with links and pricing. Clients will be able to purchase items and style according to plan.
